This data is not merged with other data or sources.

Disclosure of personal data
We will treat the data you provide as strictly confidential. We will not pass on any personal data without your express consent, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies (small text files), which are stored by the browser on your computer. These are used to make the website more user-friendly, safer and more effective. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies" and are automatically deleted at the end of your visit.
If you do not want your browser to save cookies, you can generally do this in the browser settings or you can be informed about the saving and can then decide in each individual case whether cookies should be saved or not.
The data stored in the cookies are not linked to personal data of the user (name, address, etc.).

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. By activating IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)
In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font.
Calling up script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible - although it is currently also unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes - that operators of corresponding libraries collect data.
The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Links to services such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xing or Instagram are integrated on our website. After clicking on the graphics or text links embedded on our website, you will be redirected to the page of the respective provider.
In doing so, the external provider may receive from your browser the information from which of our internet pages you have reached it. We, like any other provider of Internet pages, are not in a position to influence this process.
For information on the handling of your data when using the above-mentioned services, please refer to the data protection notices of the respective providers:

You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Information, correction, deletion
You have the right to free information about your stored personal data at any time, as well as the right to correct, block or delete this data.

Data protection information on the processing of applicant data

Submitted application documents and other data collected in the course of the application process that can be personally assigned to you as an applicant are protected personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 1 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). We would hereby like to inform you about the details of the processing of your applicant data in accordance with Art. 13 DSGVO.

A processing of your personal data is carried out by our company exclusively within the framework of the data protection regulations, in particular the DSGVO and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). According to applicable data protection law, your personal data may only be collected, stored, disseminated or used (data processing, Art. 4 No. 2 DSGVO) if this is expressly permitted or ordered by law or if you have effectively consented (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 a) in conjunction with. Art. 7 DSGVO).

Processing of your personal data is permitted in particular if this is necessary for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship or, after the establishment of the employment relationship, for its implementation or termination (Section 26 (1) BDSG, Art. 6 (1) p. 1 b) DGSVO). The same applies insofar as the data processing is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the controller for purposes other than the employment relationship and there is no reason to assume that your legitimate interest as a data subject in the exclusion of the processing or use outweighs this (Art. 6 (1) p. 1 f) DGSVO).

Personal data and the purposes of processing

Application for an advertised position

In order for us to be able to involve you in the application process for a specific position, you are required to provide us with customary and meaningful application documents that inform us about your personality profile and qualifications. In principle, we will only use your application documents to decide whether to fill the position for which you have expressly applied. If the application process does not lead to your employment, we will delete your data unless you have given us your express consent to use your data for further search projects.

Unsolicited applications

If you submit an unsolicited application that does not relate to a specific position, we may use your application documents as part of staffing decisions for all positions under consideration.

For this purpose, we process your application documents electronically in our e-mail system and, if necessary, additionally by using printouts or copies (paper form). As soon as your application documents have been included in a filling procedure, we may collect further personal data from you personally, from generally accessible sources or from former employers and trainers in order to provide us with more detailed information about your personality profile and qualifications. You will be informed of this by us in advance. We will regularly delete and destroy your applicant data after a period of one year from receipt of your application, unless you have given us your express consent to use your data for further search projects.

Disclosure to third parties

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties to the extent that this is necessary to achieve the stated purposes and is permissible under data protection law in accordance with Art. 6 DSGVO, § 26 Para. 1 BDSG. Your personal consent will be obtained prior to disclosure

Your data protection claims and rights

Insofar as we process your personal data, you are entitled to various claims against us under data protection law. You have the right to request information about the data stored about you and its origin, the purpose of processing and the recipients or categories of recipients of the data (Art. 15 DSGVO, § 34 BDSG),under certain conditions to request correction, blocking or deletion of your personal data from us (Art. 16 - 18 DSGVO, § 35 BDSG),to demand the transfer of your data to another responsible body (Art. 20 DSGVO) as well as to complain to us or the competent data protection authority about the data processing (Art. 77 DSGVO).

You may also object to the further processing of your data if we process your data on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 f) DSGVO). Since we do not process your data for advertising purposes, this requires a reason arising from your particular situation. In the event of an objection, we will no longer process your personal data to which the objection relates from the time of receipt during the then following review and will delete it after completion of the review - in the event of a justified objection (Section 36 BDSG, Article 21 DSGVO).

You can revoke any consent you have given us for data processing (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 a) DSGVO) at any time; we will then no longer process your personal data unless we are legally permitted to do so.

A justified objection and a revocation do not affect data processing operations that have already taken place.

We will fulfill all rights to which you are entitled free of charge and without delay. For this purpose and for all other questions, please contact us directly or our data protection officer using the contact details provided at the beginning.
