How long does it take to fill a position?

A mandate typically involves three consecutive phases: • Preliminary work (research & detailed job dossier)
Direct contact with suitable candidates
Candidate presentations at your location or virtually.
Our clients are typically in contact with the first candidates after 4–6 weeks .

How much does a mandate cost?

The fees are determined before the project begins and are based on the position and the effort required to fill the position. The fee consists of a fixed component and a performance-based component upon successful placement . The fixed component ensures a high level of mutual commitment and covers the preliminary work (research, target company list, direct contact).

What are the chances of success – why executive search?

Executive search offers the highest chances of success because suitable candidates are approached personally – even outside of the actively recruiting market . Candidates are provided with a discreet setting to openly discuss their ambitions. Furthermore, we can provide significantly more context about the vacancy than a job advertisement in print or social media.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Should the hired candidate resign during the probationary period or be dismissed for personal or behavioral reasons, we will resume the search free of charge . This is how we assume responsibility for both our clients and candidates.
